The authentic Kenyan lager with heart

Pivot SP created  a branded experience concept to amplify 
the heart of this great Kenyan brand.



The Kenyan market had to be reminded of Pilsner Lager in a new way. The brand had to be re-positioned as a great, trusted Kenyan brand to regain some of the foothold it was losing.

Although the concept has not been taken to market, the proposal was centred to capture the heart of Kenya with Pilsner – the “lager with heart”. It’s a down-to-earth brand, rooted in Kenyan culture, and anchored in the strength and pride of its icon – the lion. The visual and verbal language that was used celebrates authenticity, shows real people and speaks to them in their colloquial language.
